Tree cutting slush fund?

I don't really know why they went and raised that money right now just short of when the mine closure approval comes out, and when I and I'm sure others thought our fortunes would change. Reminds me of GBR when we were just shy of getting a maiden resource and they go and sell the company.

That same night I had just put in an order to buy at .285 and so in the morning I changed it to.27 and .26. I was starting to buy again after a couple of years of not being able to and wanted to get some before the closure plan approval, thinking the share price will do wanders then.

Maybe it still will, so I'm trying to think positive here, and to presume that they wanted the funds now, which closes on November 21st, a day after the latest that we should hear about the closure plan news, and that, it's needed right away to pay for the tree cutting. Otherwise if they waited to after the closure plan news, even assuming it was approved, it may take awhile for the stock price to rise and for them to complete a placement at a higher price that we all would have expected.

I could be full of doo doo here, so anyone of you longs are more than welcome to chime in.
