What if; Good news is coming?

What if; Friday's news is the only shareholder dilution that needs to happen before the mine is totally financed and GENM can start to build? What if ; because of nondisclosure agreements, management can't tell investors about a possible deal with the Canadian government for grant money to build mine. Or What if; a Streaming deal for the rest of the platinum is in the works. The management of GENM is too smart. I feel because of nondisclosure agreements management can't tell investors what is really going on right now. Management could easily have sold the Marathon mining project for at least $200 million and everyone would have made a little profit. But management wants a bigger profit than that for investors.
