As a big chunk of costs are fixed, the leverage is quite high so it is quite possible as a scenario.
All the drillers went down in the last months like if the market expected that the cycle was starting to turn south. This is not what I can see. However, they are super bargains if one believe the cycle has only started. Lets see what happens but so far, so good.
What I love about GEO is that the risk of them pissing away the cash that they generate is nil as I do not see Harper, as a 40% shareholder, gets on a reckless spending binge.
Anyway, if they keep on booking good numbers, the stock price will take care of itself. Or someone will try to buy them out
