The Mexican government even canceled the old claims and re-issued them to the new owner that Ggd dealed with. There where many dues diligences, including legal, made by Ggd and third parties when they do financing like now. I understand that you are probably frustrated with the outcomes but you'll have to accept it now. If you are shorting Ggd, it's a good time to cover because next leg up is coming soon. I'm totally fine with my heavy long position, like a was last year and the year before. If you have nothing new to come with, you can take another break for a year and come back when Ggd is going to be 5-6$.
