RE:RE:Another slow day for GGD Brad's guesstimating ~$13/oz.
BNamericas: What are your longer term aims for the assets?
Langille: With Los Ricos South in production, [based on] what we have today in the PEA, we see GoGold transforming from a small producer of about 2Moz/y silver equivalent to over 10Moz/y, producing in excess of US$100mn/y in free cash flow, at very low all-in sustaining costs of around US$13/oz between Parral and Los Ricos South.
At Los Ricos North, there's no PEA done yet, but we think it would be more substantial than Los Ricos South and Parral together.
With Los Ricos North in production, we're moving the company to a significant mid-tier producer in the silver space. This is a bit of arm-waving, but probably 25Moz/y-plus silver equivalent. That's a vision of where we think the district can go.
Total resources now are 244Moz silver equivalent. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say this district has the potential to double that and become a 500Moz silver equivalent district.
There are other projects with 1Boz silver equivalent but with very low grades.
But when you look at everything, including the grade of these ounces, then it becomes one of the top three silver projects in the world, in our opinion. In 2022 people are going to start to see that.
But if someone were to buy it, what is the value? $3/oz, $4/oz??
