GoGold Announces C$25 Million Bought Deal Financing

Not sure why GGD needs to raise more capital as it has over 50 million in the bank. It is only 10 million shares at $2.50, but still why now? They have continuaaly stated they had sufficient capital and free cash flos from Parral to fully fund LRN and LRN south exploration.

This has Sprott written all over it. He is a cancer when invested in a company. All about him and commissions and getting cheap stock that we don't get access to. A shame they do this to long term shareholders. T

Looks like BMO is controlling the Book on this deal...I just put in my expression of interest with BMO for some shares...we shall see if I get some.

Agree I'm a little pissed about this. They have cash on hand and silver prices are high. Not impressed unnecessary dilution yeah !

I thought the same thing...I am hoping to get in on the deal. I put in an expression of interest with BMO who controls the book for it. I like when the brokerage I deal with gets a piece of the the deal.
