RE:how does this pass without a shareholder vote?The appeal to the TSX has not passed yet and I agree they should not be granted the extension. Imagine traders of any stock with options/warrants that lose their shirts because of expiry. If only they could have extended the date to give themselves more time to "get in the money". Well that would defeat the purpose of an option. If GIVX is granted the extension then it certainly is not a fair playing field.
