They were underfunded and were winging it without a detailed mine plan - the exact opposite what's going on in CdM.
Globestar gets more done in a week than what Roca was doing in a month. Up until a few weeks ago, Roca still hadn't enclosed their friggin mill and there was 5' of snow on the roof.
That said, Roca was a 5+ bagger for me in about 15 months. If 9 months of delay is what it takes for GMI to be a 5 bagger, bring it on...
