G Mining Ventures Corp. is a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of precious metal projects, to capitalize on the value uplift from successful mine development. GMIN is well-positioned to grow into the next mid-tier precious metals producer by leveraging strong access to capital and proven development expertise. GMIN is currently anchored by its flagship Tocantinzinho Project in mining friendly and prospective State of Pará, Brazil. Tocantinzinho is an open-pittable gold deposit containing 2.0 million ounces of reserves at 1.3 g/t. The Project is fully financed and currently under construction, with commercial production anticipated in 2H 2024. The deposit is open at depth, and the underexplored 996km2 land package presents additional exploration potential.

RE:G Mining Ventures announces acquisition of Reunion Gold

RE:G Mining Ventures announces acquisition of Reunion Gold1.352 BILLION shares of RGD outstanding .... GMIN already had too many shares out there and this only worsens the problem. EPS .... if there ever are any earnings out of the Tocantinzinho Project .... will be diluted over a Brazillion shares!!

As I said earlier ....  it would appear that the company has pi$$ed away all the upside for existing shareholders with the RGD acquisition and dilluted the heck out of us :-( with a big payday being kicked well down the road until the Oko West Project is far enough along to add some value.

Perhaps the acquisition will be a great one but I smell a rat and figure we may be lucky to come out whole when the deal closes and the 1 for 4 consolidation occurs.

THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE DEAL IS THAT GOLD MINING STOCKS HAVE GIVEN IT TO ME UP THE AZZ SO OFTEN THAT IT DOESN'T HURT ANYMORE!!
