They dropped 3 aces like a hot potato once BC was approved. They reneged on providing the promised updates as to builk sampling resuilts. They were getting good resuts from their own water based process before the new tech was involved.  They also said it would cost 100 mill or so (don't remember the exact number) to drill 3 aces (they get that quiet until BC was announced). All in all just playing fast and loose (which they did with Red Kite). I remember asking a question to Bill S on a conference call when Red Kite demanded valuable royalties in payment for the default. He bristled when I asked why they had let the company go into technical default. Lots of shenanigans along the way with Bill. Janet is just an afterthought (except for the FN).  Thjis time I hope it will be better and they will actually deliver some shareholder value.
