Another dismal quarterly report

Another dismal quarterly reportQ4 already a write-off it sounds like. More promises of future delivery, but nothing concrete to indicate that it might actually happen. I wish I had never heard of this company. Not sure how one highly rated analyst has a TP of 2.80 still. This is a sick company, if it was a tree it would have to be taken down.
