It has manufacturing facilities across North America and Europe.

Nanoxplore to trade on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Nanoxplore Inc. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on July 15, 2021. According to the TSX, there will be 157,930,059 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 7,037,733 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol GRA, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 63010G 10 0.

The TSX reports that Nanoxplore is a manufacturer and supplier of high-volume graphene powder for use in industrial markets. The company also provides standard and custom graphene-enhanced plastic and composite products to various customers in transportation, packaging, electronics and other industrial sectors.

According to the TSX, Nanoxplore currently intends to retain its future earnings, if any, to finance the development of its business. The company's transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Montreal and Toronto, and its fiscal yea-end is June 30.

The TSX notes that Nanoxplore has been listed and trading on the TSX Venture Exchange since Sept. 8, 2017. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on July 15, 2021, upon the start of trading on the TSX.
