Sounds a bit silly to me

Sounds a bit silly to meThe stock is volatile. What would you expect after a move from $2 to $9 in a short time? Nobody was calling for an investigation when it went up, why would we expect anything when it dips? It was nice to see SN buy more stock cheap, but I would rather he spend all of his time building the business. I do not want him, nor anyone else at the company focused on the stock price. That is not their job.
THis was a pure retail stock, and it is transitioning to a more balanced ownership, but that takes time, and as it enters the realm of institutions and program traders, the lack of instant liquidity will result in price swings like we have seen, both ways. There is no grand conspiracy to move the price in any direction, just buyers and sellers who decide their actions based on a lot of factors, most of which are out of the company's influence. Look at the moves on QS, no evil genius gaming the price, just investors changing their minds based on momentum, risk, market trends and a hundred other factors. In the last 2 years Tesla has gone from $760 to 560, from 1228 to 987, there was no investigation, just investors changing their mind on valuation.
GRA is in a tough position, because their business is competitive, a lot of the customers/partners they work with are trying to maintain a compettitive advantage, and they do not want details released publicly that could assist their rivals. NX has to navigate that landscape while still releasing material facts as required. I would like SN to be more open, but I understand why he is not able to be, so this is a company that you either trust management and the technology, or you do not. From time to time they will release results, and as long as they are consistent with what I think the long term business plan should be, i will own them. If not, sell. Getting all worked up about the day today price changes is futile and often makes you act in ways that reduce performance, not add to it.
Also, if there was any trading malfeasance, it will not help the stock, trades do not get reversed days after they happen, if fines are levied, those funds do not go to the company, nor to shareholders who just held shares, so why get stressed about it?
I find opinions that hint at contacts they have, anonymous experts who "know" something, or corporate events they are "aware of but cannot comment on" are a waste of time. I learn far more about the companies I own by reading the releases they make, the financials, published analyst reports, and especially their competitors activities. There is a lot of published, public results out there from GMG, and the battery program they are running. That gives me confidence that Li in batteries could be done soon, and that NanoX should be in the middle of that race. it will take a few years to get done, but there is room for many players in that game, and if NX is one of them, we will all win. Best of luck
