RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:More battery enclosures related news.Sorry, but I do not subscribe to "a given global industrial titan" and using "Intermediaries" to acquirte stock. I have seen large companies buy smaller ones, they do not need to be secretive about it. None of the directors of a large corportion wants to run afoul of the SEC, Canada is a little less stringent but as GRA trades in the US as well, companies such as Martinrea or others who want to own some of GRA will just do it, they do not slink around on the margins.
I very much doubt anyone wants to aquire all the shares and make GRA a wholly owned sub. That is not how businesses grow from this stage. 5 years from now it is more likely, but today the graphene business needs entrepreneurs like SN to work day and night to make his dream happen. This may end up being owned by a Siemens, or BASF, or 3M, but not from this stage. It is too small, and too fragile yet. Gerdau could buy them and it would not even register in the "other " column of their financials, but that is not what those companies want. Once graphene has become more mainstream, and the customer list is much longer, and the cash flow is positive, then they will happily pay 10 times today's price, knowing that the ground work is done and the enterprise will continue without SN and the team he has built.
There is no need to hide behind hints of companies you think might have an interest, the bullboards are for opinions, right, wrong or crazy.
best of luck
