I could be entirely wrong here. Never the less, any revenues from that oil and gas industry graphene enhanced drilling fluids product is likely at least a year away, perhaps much more than a year. Perhaps some licensing derived revenue for said product can come earlier though. Who knows and "who" is not telling.
It's been suggested by Mr. Nazarpour & Co that details of the VoltaXplore financing package could be - not that such pivotal details actually would be - publicly disseminated sometime before the end of this year.
I will say it seems that everytime Mr. Nazarpour suggests "within the next few months" or sometime towards the end of the year, it's usually more than a few months and could actually be sometime during the calendar 2024. So your end of Q1 2024 suggestion does sound right.
Never the less though, we at least know that such pivotal VoltaXplore financing package specifics are in fact due in a relatively shorter period going forward.
By the way, your guess being that Dr. Soroush Nazarpour "wants to be more transparent" and your suggestion that such greater transparency would happen over time is , to say the least, quite interesting.
I'll simply say perhaps such greater transparency on the part of Mr. Soroush Nazarpour & Co could be noticable sometime after 2027 or possibly never.
Finally, I have to say I don't believe in "luck"; never have and never will.
I do, however, believe in "Nazarpour Gifts", lol!
