RE:RE:RE:Many thinks to like in NanoXplore presentation Will101,

Regarding Rocco Marinaccio and the way he was facilitated to go about exercising the options awards and then dumping the tranche of GRA.T shares derived from the exercising of options in question, I don't doubt for one second that whomever purchased and facilitated those GRA.T shares having been dumped by Rocco Marinaccio sold short NanoXplore shares leading up to the facilitation of Rocco Marinaccio dumping that entire tranche of NanoXplore shares in question.
It just doesn't stop here with NanoXplore.
This kind of questionable bullshit has happened far too often leading up to and following quarterly financials being released.

Suggesting that NanoXplore management sent "
balloons to minority shareholders that everything is all tied up and will soon be announced......But nothing is ever announced in regards to VoltaXplore"; that is spot on Will101.

He outright told me that the remaining $150 Million from the overall $500 Million in required 2GWh manufacturing facility project capital would be secured from outside sources and that the company was not preparing to issue NanoXplore equities in order to raise the as yet not secured $150 Million worth of capital for VoltaXplore.
I bought a heck of a lot of NanoXplore shares following my having been provided such assurances from him.

A further downward unravelling of the NanoXplore share price, due to NanoXplore stock currently trading at a multiple to sales and such a multiple to sales trading premium being potentially stripped away by leading Canadian banks senior equities analysts . . .
Suffice to say that pretty much gets the GRA.T share price hammered down to book value per share, that's US$0.65 or very roughly CAD$0.91.

You said ". . .
if they don't up their game in regards to delivering on their promises and supposed "financing is done" jawboning . . ."

As you can tell, after I dump 95% of my NanoXplore equities investment position, I sure as sugar wouldn't be "a cheerleader"; that you can be sure of Will101.

I am outright disgusted; and that's putting it mildly.
