I've known this was coming from Martinrea International representatives and yet at this juncture I am not set on what exactly my commentary regarding such a development would be. I will, however, tell you that I do expect Martinrea International's Chairman of the Board, Rob Wildeboer, to resign from NanoXplore's board of directors soon enough and also for Martinrea International to ...more

If you knew , 1Student, I assume that Soroush and all at both Nanoxplore and Voltaxplore knew as well....and made no  complaints or even mention.  That suggests to me that all parties see some serious benefits resulting from possible battery synergies down the road.

The Estonian company Skeleton is generally known for its supercapacitors, but for these mining applications, the consortium is to receive a novel combination of battery and capacitor technology that links both technology paths. Martinrae and NanoXplore need each other. I do not see a divorce here and definitely want to see representation on the board by Martinrae representatives. At some point, yes Wildeboer may relinquish his seat at the table but I think that move would be quickly taken by Midgley.....IMO Through the whole economic uncertainty, share prices of GRA and MRE have been pretty stable....Buyers come in on ...more
