Did you think Mr. Soroush Nazarpour & Co were collectively going to pass up the seasonal opportunity to somehow stick it to NanoXplore "minority" shareholders and to concurrently facilitate the employed intemediaries - who could be privately accumulating on behalf of persons related to those "50% of the largest NanoXplore stakeholders

It was ,in fact, these smaller shareholders who financed the company's genesis, and even now make up a large part of the capitalization.
