I wholeheartedly agree that a bird in the hand is much better than two in the bush. I am perfectly happy being able to buy more B shares to lower my losses till we get paid in about a year. The pursuit of an appeal will probably be just more of the same!
The ordinary shares of TMI will receive almost 3 million dollars US to drill out Gold Springs!
I hope TMI comes out with a definitive stance on collection proceedings and put the focus on forcing Bolivia to pay in full ASAP.
