Perhaps we are nearing some kind of a deal based on the funders willingness to extend the loan that is secured by the future award proceeds. Based on the approx structure it suggests a bit of a haircut with $25 million or so not including our IP. Maybe that is the floor on what we can expect with a kicker for our SUNKEN costs. Time will tell...
