RE:Now that pay back

RE:Now that pay back

I think it should be out by the end of Oct. Like you I would expect that all the costs, fees etc would be presented as this is a payment to the TMIB shareholders who have the right to know how the final award share price was arrived at.

As I have expressed earlier I really hope I am wrong and that the "loan" TMIA took from the award (approx., $2 mill) will be applied against TMIA's 15%. If this is not the case then TMIA will have demonstrated the conflict of interest issue I talked about sometime ago between the A and B shareholdings. TMIA will have taken a further approx., 7.5% of the award. An action that was never disclosed in the prior years of documentation and taken when TMIA saw how low the award actually was.

From my perpsective that is several 1000 $ lost in relation to the actual final share price v the TMIB price if the loan is appllied as separate to TMIA's 15%. An action that was not needed with the recent private placement that was done to cover costs and admin expenses.

We will see if this was an end run round B shareholders (or not).
