Non dilutive cash hoard on it's way

Almost $3.5 million US will be paid to GRC by World Copper on or before 10/22/21 for Escalones. Hopefully, by then we have a batch or two of drill assays...

Please excuse my ignorance but I would be grateful for an update. Gold Springs Resources does no longer have a stake in the South Amercican mines like  Escalones. This payment is to satisfy the previous interests that GRC had in this region. But now, these interests are legally redeemed and there are no further connections with Escalones. Is this correct or are there still activites going ...more

Gold Springs sold their interest in Escalones to World Copper: WCU where they have a certain ownership of WCU which they announced several months ago that WCU agreed to buy out the GRC stake. That transaction is set to close on or before 10/22/21 and will be approx. $3.500,000.00 US Dollars. That vital capital is non-dilutive and is being used for drilling and pre-feas.
