If you call them thru TD App , its usually half the time to connect to an agent than if you just call directly from your phone.(they suggested this method to me a few weeks ago and its really true)
Having said that , I still waited 45 minutes to get hold off agent.
He told me that they are having technical difficulties with GRN due to the move to the TSX tomorrow.
I could BUY/SELL today GRN but only via a Live Agent. Or if somehow they fixed the Glitch sometime today.
He believed that tomorrow it should be fixed when it will show as a TSX stock.
Luckily I dont want to buy nor sell today but was just curious why Share Price = $0 and like people have stated on this thread I couldn't see BID or ASK.
Anyhow, just in case you are still on hold with TD, this is their answer.
