Inquiry on Xebec Securities Settlement Claim Submission

Hi everyone,

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to check if anyone in our group has submitted a claim for the Xebec Securities settlement. The deadline is April 30, 2024. Do you think it’s worth pursuing, or is it a lost cause? Also, does anyone know if there’s a cost involved in submitting the claim?

For more details, or to submit a claim, you can visit https://xebecsecuritiessettlement.com/.

Looking forward to your insights.

No cost ; nothing ventured, nothing gained. All depends on how many people apply ; if you own a few hundred shares you'll probably get nothing. Back to Greenlane , not encouraging results IMO. Cash being consumed ; at least they still have some.

Yes, disappointing and expected unfortunately.  75% of the backlog in the hands of one customer.  Lower margins, used a lot of cash, book value slashed due to impairment of intangibles and the wiping out of goodwill.   Totally reinvented business model which over time may prove to work. Question is will cash burn rate continue? Hold on and lower ACB  at sub $.10

Q4 results were indeed disappointing, but keep in mind Greenlane's major restructuring efforts aimed at standardizing offerings, enhancing margins, and capturing RNG growth could lead to improvements in 2024 if executed well. Delivering consistent profitable growth will be the key test of the restructuring's success.
