Your optimism is misplaced. This has all the signs of a privatization by the founder. All this does is burn shareholder money and make it cheaper for him. The business plan has been an epic fail and what worked 10 years ago is not applicable today and the market has spoken. At best we get a 10-15% premium to trading price and one of the worst performing companies in the country for 1-3-5 year periods gets taken private.
