what makes you so certain of a .20 cent takeover when it's half BV?
I assume it's becuase major shareholder Madison can dictate price without much pushback to get majority shares tendered? Lots still outstanding that I think will delay not to mention the CRA ruling which could be very negative or posiitive which no one seems to know how that will go....
