The property consists of approximately 24,325 gross (23,000 net) acres of lands. The Tableland property development is predominately focused on the Three Forks/Torquay formation, with minor production from the Bakken and Ratcliffe formations.

Take a look at the chart and you will see that the divy does not influence trades on x-divy day.

 

on the contrary if you receiving 1500 a month it does makes a difference 18k annually!! 

my sense something going on here not the dividend side since it takes another 15-20 days before x-dividend..

someone wanted tge cheap shares presently!!
