RE:james hodgins

RE:james hodginsHere are all the details. Second stock in the clip. As can be seen, it is also the 4th largest holding in his fund. Hodgins has been hit and miss. He was in early on huge winners such as AYA and DHX but has also made significant mistakes (eg shorting HCG). So his analysis just forms part of your overall DD. In this case, I think GXI has considerable potential which is why I'm here. GLTA

The company is dominant in the growing on board flight payment processing market. They will double its customer base over the next year with improving margins as they take advantage of the new seat back payment systems from Panasonic and Thales. We expect the share price to keep up with the growth in revenues and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. One year target is $2.40, but we could see $3.00 on a takeover basis.

GXI-T 2014-06-20 TOP PICK James Hodgins Really surprised this stock is not a lot higher already. They’ve announced they have 22 deployments. They are going to double the size of EBITDA and revenues over the next year. Trading at only 10X forward earnings, and he thinks it will keep this valuation, if not expand it, as they grow the earnings and double it over the next 12-18 months. The bottleneck in buying things on airplanes is waiting for the flight attendant to process everything. This is easily a $2 stock, and could be $3 on a takeout basis.
