RE: I just read the CAA link

RE: I just read the CAA link$13 Million isn't a huge deal to Hudbay, your right. However if it's $13 Million for the past 9 or 10 years it is. Us Hudbay shareholders have not seen the threat of legal action yet because of the passive management at Callinan. CAA is busy focusing on their properties at the moment. I hear that the Legal side of things is just getting started ALthough I'm sure it would be in CAA's best interest to settle this thing out of court in a friendly manner. It's not something that would go to court in the next month or 2. This could drag on for years because of the complexities involved. Your comment pertaining to CAA being happy with there Royal cheques could not be further from the truth. The shareholders of CAA are really starting to push this issue on the Senior Management. This could be potentially HUGE for CAA. A company with a market cap of $50 Million trading at $1.40. The potential return on a CAA share is huge. This should get very interesting. CAA looks like a can't lose investment right now.
