Support Jaguar - Send TSX Appeal Support Letter Every HBM shareholder has the chance to be heard.

I encourage every HBM shareholder to send their TSX Appeal Support Letter by fax to Jamie Spratt, Jaguar Financial Corporation <jspratt@northernsi.com>

HBM shareholders can sit idly by and let HBM management skin them OR they can exercise their rights and try to correct the situation.

HBM management does not want to give you a vote because IMHO they know the HBM-LUN business combination will be rejected.

Everyone who has objectively looked at the proposed financial arrangement comes to this conclusion. It is detrimental to HBM shareholders.

I notice several LUN shareholders posting to this board and trying to dissuade or lull HBM shareholders. I will not be dissuaded or lulled into inaction.

I want management and the BOD to exercise their fiduciary duties. If they do not, then their decisions need to be overturned and they need to be removed from office.

I do not want my assets squandered.
