DETROIT BANKRUPT - why the USD will go HDD

WhenI see cities in America decaying like this, I think about all the USD $$$ that it will take to rebuild it.  And America doesn't have that kind of dough.  They are going to have to print it, which is going to sink the USD like a brick from the GM factory.  I just saw this video of Detroit inruins:  packs of wild dogs running through the downtown, burnt outhouses and cars lying across the street, and houses selling for $50!!!!WTF!!!
