"In terms of the Tilray offer.  I agree, doesn't sound like the market has left HEXO Corp much of an option here but that's no surprise to me nor does it impact my investment strategy much as I had always planned to hold for eventual US Legalization."

In the psychology of human behavior, denialism is a person's choice to deny reality as a way to avoid a psychologically uncomfortable truth.

quinlashes - you've never answered the question.

The fact that Hexo won't exist in a month or so aside, if your 'investment strategy' was to hold for U.S. legalization, why in the world would you hold a foreign cannabis LP?

There is no guarantee of Canadian or other foreign suppliers gaining access to the protectionist U.S. market - and if they do, it will be several years AFTER the legislation passes - with strict regulations and certifications passed (just like Israel did) on imported cannabis.

With all the existing U.S. vertically integrated MSOs having been in operation for years in legalzied states - and well established with more than enough to service the US market, how do you rationalize your 'investment strategy' that bankrupt, little Hexo would have any impact trying to enter and compete with companies already psoting $1 billion in annual sales?

Tilray? Has turned into as much of an alcohol company as cannabis LP - and has no more cannabis exposure to the U.S. than Hexo has.

Curaleaf, Trulieve, Ayr, Cresco, Jushi, Terrascend, Columbia Care - and several hundred smaller US MSOs and/or cannabis LPs - and your investment strategy is to hold a foreign cannabis lp - Hexo, yet?

Brilliant.
