RE:How to lower expectations and panicI couldn't have said it better myself LongRoad. There has been a fair amount of conflict between the CEO and part of the board as to the valuation of HF. IMO, these Q1 financials are designed to lower this valuation expectation, and to basically force the board to acquiesce to the CEO's offer. Mr. Yu owns 20% of HF, therefore doing anything else is likely very difficult as his votes might be able to kill it, and any potential bidder knows this.
