RE: priceI can't speculate when I don't know the guy. However, I would note:
1. Studies in the US of selling by a single outside director have found a lack of correlation between that selling and subsequent price movements.
2. Graham sold a whole pile of HF shares in mid-June in the low $11's and HF hit $15 in less than a month so I wouldn't give any weight to Graham's ability as an investor.
3. 10,000 shares seems a reasonable holding for an outside director.
