Not only should everyone vote it down,,, if anyone is able to attend the meeting live, they should be prepared to step up and scream blue murder and call out how offside this action is to initiate a private takeover from the CEO's chair. I hope director Pollock is there and we hear why he couldn't align yet everyone else decided to take the money and run.
