Thanks   Audrey  ;    I  assume   they  had  the  required   50%   vote  .   RE   the   FP   storey  about  needing   135M    this  is  misleading  .  Yu   in  effect  only  needs   to   buy  the  80%   he  does  not  own   ie  80%  of  135 M  is   108M   LESS    84 M  cash  held  by  HF   is    24 M   ,  meaning  his  financial  requirement   is  quite  small .
