You Had your Chance Mr. YuNot trying to take either sides here but as a sharholder I am disappointed to see Mr. Yu place an offer to buy the company for $2.25/share and not be able to follow through with his word in terms of financing. His credibility in my eyes is completely shot out the window and now this continued arguement (and halted shares) in the company can't be doing any good to the reputation.
I continue to hold onto the shares I own but all I want to say is Mr. Yu you had your chance to buy the company in the first place...why didn't you follow through if you didn't want to give up control?
