When will we received the money in exchange for the HLS prf received with the fusion with AM

It's scheduled for end of this year. Don't expect much from it, they have spent the escrow money to pay M. Nutt, other employees and other AM shutdown expenses. I think M.Nutt is still paid...why? If I remember correctly, the amount left in escrow is roughly $2M usd. They spent almost $200K from Dec 2019 to Mar 2020 without details. They will do everything to give back $0 at the end. These
