Dividends UP

I'm sure you all noticed the slight extra dividends we received on April 5. Up from $0.1730 to $0.1731 per shares. Hope they keep maintaining this level as it's a pretty decent income for us old geezers. ($0.1731 x 12) / $13.93 = 14.91% yield.
