HNUs investment objective, is to seek daily investment results, before fees, expenses, distributions, brokerage commissions and other transaction costs, that endeavour to correspond to up to two times 200 Percentage the daily performance of the Horizons Natural Gas Rolling Futures Index the Underlying Index, Bloomberg ticker CMDYNGER. HNU is denominated in Canadian dollars. Any US dollar gains or losses as a result of HNUs investment are hedged back to the Canadian dollar to the best of its ability. The Fund To be successful in meeting its investment objective during the period, HNUs net asset value should have gained up to two times as much on a given day, on a percentage basis, as its Underlying Index rose on that given day. Conversely, HNUs net asset value should have lost up to two times as much on a given day, on a percentage basis, as its Underlying Index declined on that given day.

Horizons ETFs Announces Shareholder Meetings For HNU And HND

July 3, 2020

TORONTO, July 3, 2020 /CNW/ - Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. ("Horizons ETFs" or the "Manager") is announcing special meetings of shareholders (the "Meetings") of the BetaPro Natural Gas 2X Daily Bull ETF ("HNU") and the BetaPro Natural Gas -2x Daily Bear ETF ("HND") and together, "the ETFs") at which shareholders will be asked to approve proposed changes to the current investment objectives of the ETFs. The Meetings for shareholders of HNU and HND will be held at 2:00 p.m. (Toronto time) and 2:30 p.m. (Toronto time) on Thursday, August 20, 2020, respectively, in a virtual-only format where shareholders may attend and participate via live audio webcast.
