Discussion?

Discussion?Hellooooooo! Maybe we could talk about the stock for a change? I am long with a full position, and have definite expectation of a major gain at some point in the next 2 to 3 years. Probably a buyout, but also possibly a price run to bring the dividend back to the 5.5 to 6% range. All that would take is a few quarters of solid results without even necessitating growth. I doubt they will raise the div until it is down to at least 6% through valuation. They would reduce debt with extra cash, maybe some buyback. STB did the same thing, and since the market didn't smarten up, they ended up with a buyout offer in the range of 50% to the recent stock price. Comments welcome!
