Mandatory buys can mean all sorts of different things. Voluntary buys are mostly positive.

You describe yourself as a experienced investor. You pretended you have no idea that insider buying comes with a nature of transaction when filed in SEDI. You did not admit that was your ignorance after I questioned and avoided to talk about it raise a red flag.
