Hello All. Been a long time since I visitited Stockhouse and the T.HOT.UN board. Perhaps seven or eight months. I do have a bit of this in both non registered and TFSA and am down about 25% and  40% I do think the company value will return along with distribution, but I think it will be several years away. I was very concerened about what appeared to be a survival move when the investment was brought on for 50 M in preferred debentures in the late fall at 6% (I think). in return for two board representatives by the idebunture holders. Seemed very much like a survival move. If the alternative was bankruptcy then it was a good move. Those preferred debentures and board members take precedence. I am thinking three years or more before any distributions and unit recovery. I hope I am wrong and please point out the error in my thinking in any response. GLTA
