The general Bank Covenants have been lifted in the US and Canada as of several weeks ago, if that's what you mean.

It sounds like your referring to a company specific restriction, that I know nothing about to be honest as I stopped checking in on news with HOT for a long while as it stopped being attractive similarly to you, but have started to monitor again a couple months ago. I just thought they stopped paying the dividend to preserve cash like others did, I just assumed, never looked back into info on it. But as per the last Quarterly, A payment that was suppose to be made in March 2020 is now suppose to be made December 31st 2021, the new distributions will start March 2022.

For this year, it sounds like it could be an interesting investment and holding as per a response to my question on it a month or so ago...
