RE:RE:HOT yields just over 5%BTW staffing costs are WAY below pre-covid levels ... hotels are adopting the Covid cleaning policy long term. No more daily room cleans unless you pay extra. That has trimmed operating expenses substantially and willl help margins. There is also a travel boom in the works ... people are willing to pay anyhting for travel right now after being cooped up inside for the last 2 years. I expect Q2-Q3 this year to be huge for AHIP. Share price growth will follow divend growth. Remember this use to pay $0.64 per year in dividends. We are at 1/3 of that currently ... very conervative with lots of room for growth.
