RE:RE:RE:Sudden Surge in Price?Earnings is May 8, could be some buying ahead of that. We will get an update on the status of the targeted dispositions in the portfolio.

Right now the best thing in our camp is 1) no recession and 2) management is taking all stock in lieu of of a salary,  Ask yourself if you were on the board and thought this was a dead duck would you stay on and accept worthless stock instead of cash? The fact that we have not seen an exodus from the top brass indicates they see future value in the stock price. If they can turn the boat around they stand to make out huuuuge... more so than had they continued taking salaries.

Yeah, I'm down pretty significantly here too. I'm hanging on because I believe, as Flamingogold reasons, that there is some inherent value in these properties and that eventually, that value will be realized. I'm hoping today's movement is some indication of that.
