The stock price has not responded to the "looking up" part. Delta variant is playing the spoiler. One thing after another but this soon will pass.

I agree. Good buying opportunity right now at these levels. Q2 results will be announced August 10 and we will see a nice pop from the results. HOT has good hotels in great locations and historically outperforms the broader US hotel market. I am not saying the dividend will be reinstated soon but we are definitely trending in the right direction. GLTA
