Total stock bought on the open market by the CEO in the last 2 months of the year totalled just over 200,000 shares or about $139,000. This is a positive sign considering that he and the board (whom have been purchasing as well) will be receiving compensation in the form of stock only going forward until they meet the requirements from the bank to resume distributions.
