Distribtuions are safe (well below a 100% payout ratio) and still 70% below pre-pandemic levels so extremely conservative. Last 2 earnings were solid. So, what's the problem?
IMO, an out of favour equity and sector. Unloved and down in the dumps now. But, like CHR which continues to crawl out from covid era depths, the love will soon return here too. But, a little more patience needed as this will continue to feel some pressure through tax loss season before year end, maybe we see mid $2's, prices not seen since 2020 when no one was flying or travelling. What a steal that would be.

Your post expresses my sentiments perfectly. I hope you are correct in your analysis as, to your point, people are not going to be locked down as before even with re-occurences of Covid here and there. I remember the good ol days when this stock was 7 bucks, and a hefty divvy. Come on back !!lol
