Yeppy NO!  Futures Curve is in Contango!!!!  I would accuse of trying to pump and mislead posters but I've settled on just "dumb" and unwilling to learn...

Backwardation is only when the future months of oil contracts are priced lower then the current.  If the future contracts are higher it is Contango!  Do you see one month to month over the next 12 where there is any backwardation??
